Kissmetrics equips digital marketers in small to mid-size SaaS and e-commerce businesses to understand customer behavior. I led the re-design of its most well-known report by identifing the strengths of the current report through our own analytics tool and testing critical user segments. I also led a company-wide initiative to integrate design across the business, including a day-long design thinking workshop.
